A free digital experience
Fomariku presents digitally created confectionery scenes and a browser-based colour tool. It is not a real destination, food shop, travel service or scientific simulation. No payments, stakes, cash prizes, redeemable rewards or bookings are offered.
What you can make
You may use the observatory to create and download colour gradients and their text recipes for personal creative use. Downloads do not include the site’s narrative illustrations. Screen and print colours can differ, and the tool does not promise colour-managed output or a particular printed result.
Contrast readings
The displayed ratio compares one sampled solid colour with your selected text colour. It does not certify the accessibility of an entire gradient, image, interface or printed item. Check the actual context, text size and design before relying on it.
The site’s artwork
Access does not grant a general licence to sell or republish the illustrations, branding or written material. Ask before uses beyond the personal-use permission or rights available under applicable law. No third-party endorsement or certification is claimed.
Considerate use
Do not disrupt the site, attempt to access private correspondence or submit spam. Report technical or accessibility issues with enough detail to reproduce them. Continuous availability and a particular response time are not promised.
Questions and rights
These terms do not seek to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The site does not claim legal or advertising-platform approval. Questions about use of the material can be sent through the contact page.
